Parkview Estates is located in the north part of Keller, TX and is a small community of one street. So we all have something in common ... we have the same address, with the house number as the only difference.

Architecture Control Board - Change Request Form
- The ACC Approval may take up to 14 days as the ACC is comprised of people with full-time jobs. Review of submissions and coordination may take some time. Please allow 14 days for a response.
- If you begin work before receiving approval, you will be subject to up to a $1,000 assessment.
- If you need an expedited decision, you must pay a $100 fee and the ACC will prioritize your request.
- If you are denied and still proceed, or deviate from the approved work, and fail to correct the matter after due notice, the HOA Board will impose an assessment from $1,000 to $5,000 per month until restored back to an approved position. (The HOA CCRs do provide additional remedies on top of this fine).
