Resale Certificate Request Form

We are always excited to welcome new neighbors. If you are with a Title Company and need to request a resale certificate for a closing, please contact us at billy@parkviewestateshoa.info.    Also, note will be requesting the contact information of the new resident(s) so we can add them to our HOA mailing list and HOA directory.  We will verify this with the homeowner before adding or publishing.  But this is a helpful start for us to welcome them.
