As members of an HOA, we must all be aware of and adhere to the Architecture Controls and follow the process to have any changes reviewed in advance by the Architecture Controls Committee.  We have provided that section of the CCRs here for easy reference.  

Also, note, that the CCRs provide the ACC to release architecture bulletins to update HOA members of changes in policy with regard to design items where the committee has decided to vary design guidelines from the CC&R’s of the neighborhood. These items can be replacements to existing requirements or additional guidelines to the neighborhood restrictions.
